QUICK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship via UPS Ground. All in-stock items are shipped within two business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered with 10-12 business days. We will let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full shipping and handling fee is charged with first parcel shipped. Subsequent parcels, in the same order and to the same address will be shipped at no extra charge. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our customer service team will be glad to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding international shipping. Please note that due to size or weight restrictions, certain items cannot be shipped at our regular international rates. All international orders are confirmed via e-mail, fax or phone.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.newmexicocreates.org and you wish to exchange or return it, please do so within 30 days of receipt.* When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for your new order. We are sorry, but items that are special ordered or custom made are not returnable. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser’s account.

We will refund you in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 days after we have received your return, providing it arrives in original condition. You will be credited for the price paid for the artwork, minus shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. Please provide us with an email address, as we will notify you of the status of your return by email. If you have any questions, please call us at (877) 567-7380, M-F, 8:30- 5:00 pm, MST.

If your package from us appears to be damaged upon arrival or if upon opening you find damaged artwork, call us toll free at (877) 567-7380, so that we can arrange for pick up and inspection. Please keep all of the original packing materials.

*Return all items to our warehouse, even if it was sent to you directly from an artist. Our shipping address is: MNMF Shops, 1437 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM 87501.

FREE GIFT MESSAGES & PACKAGING
If you include a personalized message, we automatically wrap your gift. Depending on its size, your gift is presented in a red box with a silver ribbon, or a recycled cardboard box wrapped with white, swirl-patterned paper. We use the white swirled paper to wrap items that don't fit in boxes. We will let you know of any problems wrapping unusual-sized gifts.
